Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and a person in the session. Together, we will set goals for your healing and work at your pace and readiness for change.

The sessions should feel comfortable, safe, and empowering in a non-judgemental environment. I promise to be listening to your concerns and tailoring interventions to your unique situation and your needs.

My intention is to help you learn the skills you need to increase your self-awareness and empower you to move more freely in the journey of life.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, a safe space is created to allow my clients to discuss their issues,

encourage adopting new communication styles, and develop new bonding.

It is with the assistance of the therapist, clients will learn to identify patterns in their

relationships and how to change them in the future.

The therapist works together with the client (the couple) to improve the clients' communication and behaviours.

In some situations, an individual session may be useful to better understand the couples' dynamics and therapy goals.
